It depends what the HR flavor of the month is, right now it may just be focusing on good candidates that doesn't have that box checked so he/she isn't competitive somewhere else, and come contract vote time, that candidate may be more likely to vote yes.
I'm not trying to knock people without degrees. Just saying that not having a degree does not seem very important historically at Spirit.

If they ask you why spirit, tell them you have no interest in ever upgrading and believe in the ULCC model so much you're willing to be the lowest paid Airbus pilot out there.
