Training here is bad IMO, this was my 5th training event and 3rd type. Not bad as in the guys teaching, I thought they were fine, but the 4 then type is brutal and there was a guy in my class that let's say...flew well, but got caught up because you get to practice something once and the next time you demonstrate, it is on the type. My suggestion is study hard and then study again and do a lot of chair flying so your procedures are down cold so you can pass!

wow wow wow there guys!! Easy on the "scumbag management" talk!

BBB, Jyri, James and myself are trying our best to provide shareholder value! The fact that we're redistributing your income to them is nothing to concern yourself with!

By the way, Jyri assures me that we will be down to 3 sims in 6 months and maybe even 2 within a year of that! It's only because we hire the best here at Spirit (except for the guys that make it to DAL/UAL/AA/WN), that we can do these things!

High five guys!

Kinda like everywhere else, except that here it appears to be some kind of a eureka moment (at least for some).

The new hire training is fast pace but it's not hard. The 4 sim and the type didn't make sense when I first got there. However I didn't find that to be an issue. The hardest part is being away from my family for 2 months.

Everyone tells you to study FLOWS FLOWS FLOWS before you start initial training but what else is good to study? CBT? Limitations? Memory items?
Thanks.

Thanks.

Memory items and limitations are what I studied besides flows. I did briefly go through the cbt before class, but didn't really put much time into them.
