Two things will happen if the schedule doesn't change.
1-The place will get a bad reputation as it becomes a revolving door of pilots.
2-The pilot group will organize.

I bet they require a 2 year contract to hopefully prevent a revolving door.

They have a one year training contract. Losing one pilot per week. The contract isn't keeping people from leaving. If they get a better job they leave.

As long as pilots are willing to accept the schedule, they will continue to operate. Pilots are quick to blame management when pilots have the freedom to walk.

80K for an XL FO is not bad, but that schedule BLOWS! Ridiculous considering the shortage of qualified pilots out there not already heading to the airlines. If you have the hours and a few internal contacts, Spirit and JB are hiring with 3-5 year upgrades and better schedules. Just sayin'...

80K is great for an XL FO at face value. Is there per diem, benefits? I can only imagine that it is cheaper to overpay and attract unknowing applicants with a shiny paycheck than to hire more people and make a better schedule.

This job looks like an ok stepping stone to something else until the schedule improves... Someone tell Kenny that most quality/experienced pilots won't stay unless big QOL changes are made.

Health care coverage is good with the company paying for your entire family. Per diem is acceptable at $59/day, retirement is somewhat weak at 50% matching of the first 6%. The money is fair, but they expect you to work for it. I don't think many people have complaints beyond the 6/3 schedule.

Any hiring news? I have a bunch of 350 time flying around the sandbox, Wheels Up might be a nice change of pace.
