Ahh, the appendices. They'll get you every time. Being self-funded, it is nice that you have that language in the contract. Good catch.

Yep... the company can't just arbitrarily raise the premium "just 'cuz."

Something else that nobody talks about is, what is the quality of the insurance coverage? I know that what we have at Air Willy is very good. Ask anyone who's had a newborn, or had to deal with something beyond routine care. We've had guys move on to bigger and better places who have said they miss the AW insurance plans.

I am in that boat you describe. I miss my ZW plan immensely.
