145 contract with DL was renewed for an additonal 5 years. There are about 19 Q400s, with the last of them to leave end of summer 2016.

I think the bigger question isn't about upgrades, but how in the heck are we going to staff everything. We are bursting at the seams right now in terms of coverage and the only way that was going to work was with a 145 draw down, which isn't happening anymore. 175s for United start showing up this summer and I have no clue how that gets covered.

Many FOs with nearly three times that seniority are jumping ship.
