RAH is the worst place to be currently, apart from Envoy......
This place is going to do an Envoy soon (as in major attrition)!! Send all your enemies here. Revenge is a dish best served cold

The only good part is Crew sked has been giving me 200% on my day off. 8 hrs to fly a turn (block of 3 hrs). I feel bad about "helping" the company, but as an FO with a pathetic pay rate and no cancellation pay, I'll have to take it.

Just think, the more that accept the overtime, the less the company will have to resort to bonuses and other pathetic "pay for staying" schemes that endeavor is having to resort to.......

There will always be workin' girls willing to turn a few tricks.

If someone really wanted to stir the pot, it could be argued that the OT rates are specified in the CBA and that it is a violation of the CBA to change them either up or down.

As I've said many times, we got SCORES of fat cats tripping over themselves to pick this up. For a "short-staffed" airline the OT pot is suspiciously low. They are sell-outs.

And there will always be clueless fools on anonymous message boards judging others for not conducting life the way they believe it should be conducted. Open time pick up makes no difference on negotiations. The only bargaining leverage we have is the potential First Officer's decision to come here or not. That's it. Management is finally negotiating for that reason alone. I'll pick up as much extra work as I want to better my life as long as no one is furloughed.

Open time pickup makes a huge difference in negotiations when you can't staff the airline. Thanks for being part of the problem!

I really don't give a rodent's behind about the company. And if paying my bills as an FO, equates to being a working girl, so be it. I can live with that,

I would like to help the pilots, by leaving RAH asap. And I'm doing everything in my power to enable this, including considering quitting the airline industry altogether. RAH has not seen a new contract in 8 years. I have no faith left in the company, or the pilot group as a whole, having any power to make a decent contract, a reality.

What rock did you fall off of? Why would mgmt offer you a dime if your jumping on OT like stink on $h!t, to raise you base pay by how much 2 bucks. Your just proving to them that the new hires that aren't showing up are smarter than the people that already work here.
