Long Call Reserve
What's the point of long call reserve if all the company is going to do is convert it to short call after day 1.
Secondly, who negotiated that into the contract?
Seems that there is no point to having a long call reserve line or even bidding it.

Good news is after a few conversions they have to buy you a hotel.

Is ADV RSV in CSS the same as LCR? If it is, that's not what the announcement said it would show.
