If the plane is really hard broken, maybe. There was a Comair (yeah, it was a few years ago) parked at the PHL hangar for a couple days that needed a place and someone smarter than the typical contract mechanic to get it in working order.

Looks like ZW is hiring flight attendants. Could be a good sign for more pilot recalls?

Doubtful. Mesa is always proud to say they have never furloughed a flight attendant. But the sad fact is that the pay sucks so bad that the turnover is super high.

I’m surprised it’s taken this long, for every class of 25-30 maybe 3-4 are around one year later.

Turnover is super high for most that are 0-12 months on property. Most of them usally bail relatively quickly.

They’re simultaneously hiring FAs and offering FAs TOWOP. Doesn’t make sense to me.

maybe that's a covid/union thing. For people who don't want to work during the pandemic. But they still need fas.

It had an engine failure. ATW mx contracted to swap an engine. Nothing to see here.

They are having interviews starting next year with no projected staffing date. TOWOP is for current months schedules. Plus the turnover rate of flight attendants has always been an all time high because they don’t realize they are on call all day to fly to central wisconsin for min rest after their base just closed and did a two leg commute.
