Open CA time. Lots of it because they are shorts CAs, which is really because they are short FOs who are released to the line. Apparently they made the recall training really short and a lot of guys aren't making it through first time around.

Plenty of FO’s. Hell I’m just getting scheduled for re-upgrade training…this is completely Appleton’s fault.

Except there are only now plenty of FOs, there weren't when we did the permanent bid.

If they are short in FOs, FO lines would be built over 75 hours, There would be FO open time, there isn’t they are not short FO and only short captains because they don’t want to upgrade people

They didn't have enough people released to the line to upgrade that many, that's what I'm saying. There are enough FOs because slowly they are being released to the line, but this months vacancy happened before they were released.
