Default Inflation

700/900 pay rates are already obsolete and an embarrassment given the country's rate of Inflation. Inflation is expected to skyrocket in the months ahead. 700/900 pay rates won't be adjusted for Carter 2.0.

That's probably it, especially with how many current (in terms of recent flying experience) pilots are in the pool.

I'd instruct for a few months, or just wait for them to get desperate again. It'll happen.

So they are essentially holding my application? or will I have to re-submit at a later date?
I wish companies gave feedback like this to candidates, it would be very helpful to know what needs to be done to get hired.

Just keep updating the app on the application site and they'll eventually pull it. They will prioritize the people most likely to pass training for the earlier classes. Unfortunately, with no recent experience you will be relatively low on that list, even with previous 121 time since there are many that do have recent 121 time applying right now.

Sorry, only way is to be patient or get recent experience somehow.

Given the fact that we will probably be looking for a job this time next year , they might be doing you a favor .
Get to a WO or something. You’ll probably be better off IMO

I prefer to be picked because I’m valuable, not because there are no other options.

It’s a hard pass for me now.

Is everyone else obsolete too? I mean if the world is coming to an end it’s not just us.
