It’s not a false equation, and I’ve moved on from SkyWest btw. You have the oldest 200’s in the United fleet, oil prices increasing daily, we started poaching your aviate hires at UA (why now?). Compass was in a better position to grab flying before they shut down, that’s a fact.

I flew the 200 in both seats. I know how terrible of an experience it can be for the paying customer. It’s a terrible representation of the United brand. The 175’s are the complete opposite, makes our brand look stronger each day, pax love them. If AW had 175’s I wouldn’t be harping on this thread. It’s not just that you have 200’s, but the oldest in the fleet. This contract couldn’t end sooner.

You seem to have difficulty understanding the difference between calling it what it is, and putting AW down. Sorry I’m being negative about the operation but can you seriously not see the writing on the wall?

Everyone at whiskey is well aware of the situation. We don’t need a Skywest Skygod to repeat info we already know.

The relative merits of AW's fleet vs. other single-class 50 seaters is largely a red herring.
Debating two-class 76-seat airframes vs. single-class 50-seat likewise not particularly relevant - United has stated their plans.
The primary issue is a regional captain shortage; the November schedule is evidence that AW is being meaningfully affected. United is going to make triage decisions.

Three words. Trans states holdings.
The 200’s days are numbered, along with your contract for the oldest fleet in UA’s portfolio.
Apparently AW spending $ to paint a clapped out RJ in cargo colors wasn’t a big enough hint.

I don’t disagree that the days are likely numbered with single class 50 seaters at United. Outside of that I wouldn’t pull any cards off the table.

TSH for Compass. ExpressJet was already a dying regional that UAL finally pulled off Life Support to save on their medical expenses that it would have cost to maintain life support and rehabilitate ExpressJet back into good health…..
