That’s some maneuver you’re pulling off. What seniority percentage is required to grab “150 hours of credit with 9-11 days off”. How long would a new hire need to wait? I bet it’s well past the when UA’s contract is up.
Don’t be deceiving to potential hires on APC, let the recruiters take care of that.

Had a few cancellations which resulted in repo flights. Cancellations are pay protected and repos are paid extra.

The soft pay here is good, above average for a regional. 2:1 duty rig and 4:1 trip rig, 3 hours minimum day. Especially on reserve, these will get you more money at least once a trip.
There is definitely premium pay without a doubt! If you want to try, crediting 150/month is not at all put of the question, especially with the new LOA we have. There is a lot of open time everyday and plenty of opportunity to work as much as Part 117 will let you.
Again, not everyone likes it, but if you want to hustle for hours and cash, we definitely have those available.

if you are willing to stay in Dayton probably one month, maybe 2 if you get through initial with no delays. Getting the commutable Chicago will take substantially longer. Right now we are talking well over a year.

It's hard to say exactly because things are still changing so much post covid that we haven't had many months of normal ops. ORD as a crew base has been shrinking but then again we are getting a bunch more flying for it next month. Longer than a few months out, upgrade and times to a line are anyone's guess really.

Tonster is about right, with Dayton opening that's definitely junior, probably a month of reserve there then a line. Then IAD and MKE are next junior, probably a couple more months to a line there. ORD is quite senior right now. I'd guess closer to 8 months to a junior line than a year, but he might be right.

Looked it up, right now the most junior ORD line holder is a 2019/early 2020 hire. This will change as upgrades are increasing, but it has to grow again and they need stop outsourcing all the hub flying to outstations or it won’t happen. The hubs are critically short every day while we have people sitting on their thumbs in DAY and MKE with no way to get them to the flying.

On a slightly different topic: How is a Commuter's life at Air Wisconsin? Understanding full well that Commuting sucks in general no matter where you're at, planes do seem pretty full these days. Would commuting out of ORD offer any relief with volume of flights per day? Or is that off-set by the number of other commuters competing for seats?
