Flying a lot. Crediting even more. Junior man calls every morning, which we all mostly don't answer. A lot of people leaving over the next few months for Aviate, let alone other major carriers, so upgrades are happening quickly.
We are being pushed hard no question, but I'll tell you I haven't made this much credit per month in some time.

But to your point about credit: how's the opportunity for soft-pay and premium pay? Keep in mind - I'm coming at it from the standpoint of a new-hire FO. Not looking to be comfortable, just trying to get a realistic bead on the numbers for the first 2-3 years to see if I can cover the bills.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks, GA2Jets. In hindsight, I didn't need to ask about QOL. It's a regional. QOL will be non-existent

for all the negatives (that every regional is experiencing to some degree right now), our soft pay is pretty good. If you want to hustle, you can make a lot of money here. We just signed a new LOA that in the specific instance of getting junior manned, instead of taking a day in lieu, you can select a day of work and essentially make it 300% so say you had a 7 credit hour day 2 weeks ago, get junior manned, you could select that 7 hour day and make it worth 21 hrs.

There is definitely premium pay without a doubt! If you want to try, crediting 150/month is not at all put of the question, especially with the new LOA we have. There is a lot of open time everyday and plenty of opportunity to work as much as Part 117 will let you.
Again, not everyone likes it, but if you want to hustle for hours and cash, we definitely have those available.
