You do have to remember that many PSA pilots are ****ed at ZW pilots for complaining about sharing a crew room in DC. PSA schedules 3 hour sits in DCA, and the pilots have nowhere to drop off their bags.
You can't expect them to feel bad for you when many of your pilots were on here talking bad about PSA pilots a few weeks ago.

OMG 3 hour sits! You remind me of the Louis CK standup complaining about obnoxious passengers "WE SAT ON THE RUNWAY FOR 3 HOURS" just play your candy crush in the terminal like a good lemming

Defending a guy who is gloating about a company potentially shutting down and thousands of people losing their jobs because your company doesn't want to get you a crew room? How out of touch are you?!

It's really amazing how bad things are with other airlines getting higher pay. Growth in our bases as we continue to shrink. The facts all point to a shut down.
Union won't negotiate with the company (and with the mediator) until next year, talks from the sound of it, they have no interest in a deal and are stalling.
FOs are leaving faster than they're hiring and based on the lack of a vacancy notice, there's no new hires.
Planes are leaving with nothing coming.
FO coverage over integration is once again hugely negative, last time this happened indications were, we just need to weather through the last summer schedules and it would all be fine. Even with reduced flying we can't staff it.
Airplanes are still being removed with no plans to replace.
Every week something good happens to another company and every week of silence here morale slips, as if that were possible.
I'm sure the first downgrade will signal all to flee. You really have to wonder how ignorant management is going to be about all this. Keep saying, 'we aren't at that point yet' of trying to save this. I hate to see what level of screwed we need to be in for them to agree that it's bad here.
Probably stalling for time, Feb 2017 from the sound on the line with no news will not be well for us. But hey, hold tight!

This allows attrition, and airframe parking due to the cost of heavy checks, to get them to the size they need to be at 2018 without having every fo on property leave at once.
The w/o are now offering over double the pay, flow and faster upgrades to fly similar equipment in the same bases. I think it's pretty clear why they're "not quite at that point yet"
Really do wish the best of luck to former colleagues....cause this sucks but after finally ripping the band aid at least I stopped sweating each new week with no news

Don't wait to be done upon. Past behavior does not guarantee future results. Build seniority somewhere it'll count when they pull the plug. Good people of AW deserve to be treated better than left in the dark. Get whatever bonus deal you can and get in front of wave 2 at a WO. ( post bonus/raise). im guessing you're looking at at least 2 mo. for a class. defer if necessary, but get it in your back pocket. Recruiters will know what you're dealing with at Air W. Sorry it's working out this way.
