No A320 SEA base, but a A320 reduction?
Your info has been very accurate.
You say very few-if any A320 in 5 years but AAG seems to be serious about painting and retro-fitting them. Is this a waste of money by a a very fiscally conservative team?
Are the savings realized by renegotiating orders with Boeing/EMB/A220?
Is your information subject to SEC scrutiny?

To answer your question, yes, I am still pleased with the representation we received. While we did not get what we were asking for(neither did the other side), it does not change the fact that he put on a clinic and beclowned a few SME's.ymmv

So the spread on the 70% draconian ask and the 60% award was worth the dough? I think that spread could have been worked out at the table with no attorney and no $$$. I guess when you are are California “Super Attorney” you always win. Cheers, honestly glad to see you have moved on! If you are really a product of YX, then you know firsthand how dark this industry can be. Sincerely hopeful for nothing but much brighter days for you moving forward my friend!

Well I guess you are right. However, after I made that post I received a significant number of PM’s encouraging me to continue to post. I think all of them included something in terms like, “I appreciate your posts” and “thanks.” I will oblige your request though sir. Not one post from me tell December 15th. So make up whatever you want over the next month, you can even tell yourself your right and I won’t question or interject any facts or reason. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!
