OTZ is a management stooge, he likes to sit with the man in the high castle and troll you guys while they giggle about it. You would think they would be much more grown up but act like children.

120 SFO/LAX downgrade... really 100% true

May had I believe 38 leaves..April was artificially high do to no incentive lines. June and July where what, under 10?

The results should have been out Thursday, company’s uncertainty with the path forward with the bid and unions lack of cooperation all played roles

My understanding was it would stand. Company decision to furlough October 1st changed things significantly

Call your rep, company has told them they are forecasting a surplus of pilots.

You'll go? When???

Although we all know the answer to that question.

Never.

I hate to ask. Do you understand what a downgrade bid is? You said a significant CA downgrades. Wrong. It had equal number of vacancies on the Boeing. Perhaps a downgrade bid is in the works, I don't know. Stop trying to make it sound like you called it correctly.

As an outsider it is so easy to tell that guy is a management pilot. I would guess his job is to get your pilot group scared. If his throwing out the ticket prices wasn’t a clue I don’t know how else to tell ya. Please let your union speak for you and if PBS saves the company 6% of staffing why would anyone vote for it anytime soon.

So this is how it goes. I get a text... Big downgrade bid coming... I ask where how many Captains? I get A320SFO/LAX, 120 Captains... So that is what I post. I get Company is 18% over staffed on pilots, company is anticipating furloughing 12.5%. I ask what are the chances? I get back 90%. I break out my calculator 3080 - 12.5% = 385. I ask... Any idea when the bid will post? Get back... “should be Thursday, there seems to be some confusion though, I don’t think anyone is playing nice at this point.”.... Does the union know there is a surplus of pilots.... “yes they were told”... Do you get it ElastaGirl321

Yeah, it’s kinda like 120.... pretty specific. If you knew the source, you would understand. They aren’t privy to rumor, rather the real deal holifield numbers. Ever wounder why I said 385, not 350, not 400, now you know😉

As long as the checks keep coming, (s)he keeps posting. It's what paid union busters do. Their feelings don't actually get hurt on an online message board because they are a character playing a part.
