The irony is that he has all these complaints about the reserve system and demands that they are fixed NOW. Yet none of the NC is on reserve. So he wants negotiating capital spent on things that only interest him right now, and cannot even remotely comprehend that they will also spend time on WB rates, because he doesn't care about that lol.
I’ll always try to change reserve for the better. As someone else already mentioned if reserves were used as a backup, not line holders with an unknown surprise line. It would go senior. Just like it does at real major airlines.

Massive downgrades incoming. In fact I think they will downgrade triple the needed value just because they like doing it. Sure, DM said 80 CA spots opening up in SAN and another 60 upgrades later on, as well as 90 new hire FOs Q1, but if you read between the lines, it's there. Massive downgrades.
