This realllllly depends on what you say you're for or against. This is purely subjective. Saying no to something that everyone else is saying yes to, can open you up to the exact same criticisms and critiques. Some of the yes voters are just as guilty as some no voters for contributing to this double edge sword. No one gets to claim moral high ground here.

My biggest gripe is that section 25 is such an improvement and one of the best parts of the TA. However the reserve rules and total ARC compared to each RAP (flexibility) doesn’t kick in until 4/2024. That’s a year and a half, almost half the duration of the contract.

I reached out to my rep and asked about this. Kicks in next year, not 2024…. there are some reasons why, AND this is something the company would prefer to have sooner rather than later…. But…. I’m not a rep, so confirm with your rep.

I care a lot, about my fellow co-workers. Which is why I voted Yes on the industry-leading and unanimously approved and MEC recommended TA. Stop yelling fire around here while your own house is burning down. Good day…

It's easy to go into other airlines forums and tell them to vote no. You might gain from a no vote, or a TA2. But you certainly won't suffer any potential consequences of a no vote.
This TA is not sufficiently egregious enough to justify OAL people coming here and schooling people. Save it for your own peeps when you get a TA.

That said, a no vote is undermining your union. And a clear slap in the face to them, in that for the past 3 yrs your MEC did in fact NOT speak for you. It's undermining your union because they have clearly used guidance from ALPA National and presented to you a good contract that met the 4 cornerstone areas the pilot group asked for. It's backed by ALPA's EFA team that did their due diligence on the financial and economic aspects. It's also the fact that this TA was voted 100% unanimously by your union.
NotTellin chided me for saying that I would be happy with $320/hr and was met with a "you are undermining your union!" and "you are hurting the Negotiating committee" and "stop telling the company what you are happy with." I said that was the union written proposal just 6 months ago released in March, and how am I undermining them by being okay with what the union is proposing? That was met with a "it was 6 months ago! Inflation!!!!!"
Anyway, now NotTellin is saying not only is he a no vote, he's already made stickers that state "Don't blame me, I voted NO!"
Anyone voting no to this unanimously voted yes TA by the union can no longer claim "Me MEC Speaks for Me" and hopefully remove those stickers from their bags. Because they clearly didn't, which is why you voted no. NotTellin rebutted that they speak for me on matters regarding management. Well, what do you think they've been doing for the past 3 years?!
Btw, I undermined the union? Hmpf, you only wish it was $320/hr DOS.

It isn't. It'll be $306.
I'm still a yes.
