Isn’t that the sad part? I have no dream to fly a heavy but it doesn’t pencil out here. Was told “industry leading” over and over again. Very disappointed. To each their own and if you wanna come at me for expecting the best of this place, go for it. But I’m gonna miss working here, it just doesn’t work for me anymore.

330/hr doesn't pencil out? Where exactly did you go to school?

Just wait. We can revisit this in a year Mike when you’re retired. Glad you got yours without thinking about the rest of us. My family thanks you.

Not sure who Mike is but ok. I'm certainly not retiring in a year. Good luck at Delta. I'm not sure commuting from SEA to short call in NYC will be better for your family but that's none of my business.

Funny you think people are only going to NYC out of training. Shows the lack of knowledge you have with the industry. Makes sense though based on your posts. Good luck in retirement.

I’d love to be a real estate agent for the yes voters. “Oh this is the best they can do.” Oversells the house 🤣 no negotiating after the first offer. Must be a Gig Harbor thing.

And for reference, hired by Alaska. Not part of this so called “Angry 30.” Just sick of the “take what you get” mentality here. If you’re looking for a job and think Alaska is the place, don’t. Go to Spirit, JetBlue, American, Southwest, United, UPS, FedEx, or Delta.

This place will always be at the bottom. I give it less than a year. I’ll be gone by then but can’t wait to look back and say “I told ya so!”

OTZ better tread carefully. As if we don’t know who you are. But, his “info” is being brought up in multiple areas amongst the company. His name isn’t anonymous, in fact it’s very well known. I’d be careful. Unless you really want me to drop your name and employee number on here?
Please drop my name and employee number, I don’t need this job, if you really know who I am, you certainly know I can walk any day I want too! Do it, I could use a good laugh!
