Thanks for your replies! I understand that re-entering my info is the way to "update", but with my current profile I've already had a nice call with the recruiting team and it says "under review". Re-entering/making a new profile seems like going back to square one. But if that's the rules of the current game, then I guess it is the way to go?

If you use the same email as when you originally created your profile it will "stack" your update even though it appears you're creating an entirely new profile.
To add to the confusion, I chatted with one of their HR recruiters at a general job fair (for rampers/CSAs etc) a few weeks ago and according to her, they are using smart recruiters to pull from initially, then you'll be invited to apply, followed by an interview invite.

It's casual. Just have your stuff organized and try to hand it to one of the pilot's (usually uniformed) at the booth. You'll get a minute or two to chat depending on if there is a line up, and that's about it. Of course talking to the BCP (if he is there) is best, but giving your stack of stuff to any of his minions will work.
If you show up to the FedEx hanger in a suit and tie, they will know that you're not a local. Don't bother with getting all gussied up for a minute or two of chit chat. It won't matter if you are in a suit, or in your Carhartts, you stuff will still end up in the pile to review.
