Does being a former 135 Director of Safety, Check Airman, and Safety Officer help with getting a look from the recruiting team. Plus having twice the minimum quals.

The way the questions are set up is that it asks you if you have held these positions within the last five years. I've checked all those boxes in my career, but it's been greater than five years. So I had to check NO on the application. I wasn't too pleased with that.
