No. When you list for JS with other carriers, they need the IATA code, which for Alaska is “AS.”
Another example, Southwest IATA is WN, ICAO is SWA.
Another example, Southwest IATA is WN, ICAO is SWA.
You use ICAO for things like flight plans. ASA is the ICAO code.
IATA is for interline business, nonrev, etc.

"Age discrimination" means discriminating against those who are older. There's no such thing as youth discrimination, although in some cases youth is a dis-qualifier and for good reason.
