Got a resume review call set up for next week, so looks like they are starting to reach out to people from this latest window. Anyone know of anything specific to expect more than the usual “tell me about yourself, talk me through your resume, or why AK?” questions. Thanks!

They tell you about Alaska. Then ask you to tell them about you. After is the the list of: any accidents, incidents, Faa violations etc. An offer to come interview/next steps and if you have any questions.

Figure out how to convince them you won't leave, even though Delta is putting new hires in SEA. The always loved the PNW never want to leave story doesn't have the same power it used to.

The last class drop at Delta new hires were getting SEA A220. Nicer airplane and better job.

Beat advice for your upcoming phone screen.. hit the f u button and send these angle lake clowns straight to voicemail.. then fire up your computer and update your delta app

Completely wrong advice all the way around. Better for the applicant to take what comes while of course updating. Nothing better for a resume then to update with completed OE at a new airline. Substantially better for us. Nothing like tying up four to six months of training time and cost and then moving on to a real airline job. If you scare people away then only lifer types get hired. Bad for us…Use your head man
