We won the battle but we most certainly did not win the war. Stay unified and dig in, it’s gonna be a while. They know they can last longer, all they do is charge more in an inflationary environment. We all know what we need to do to be successful.

Alaska Airlines said in a recent statement that it's developing "new, gender-neutral uniform pieces" for flight attendants and other frontline workers and allowing all employees to use fingernail polish and makeup, as well as to wear two earrings per ear and single stud nose piercings.Alaska Airlines added in its statement that it also has created "personal pronoun pins" that employees can wear with their uniforms.
“I answer to all pronouns”.

oh boy!

What’s your point? It’s 2022. This is a good policy change. Nobody’s forcing you to wear the pronoun pins..

my point, Alaska lost my business.
go woke, go broke.

I want a hot professional serving me my cocktails, not some guy wearing nail polish & earrings.
If I want that, I’ll go to the circus.

Why must troglodytes like you eventually turn every thread on this cesspool of a forum into a platform for you to rant about culture war nonsense? Nobody gives half a **** about your business or how threatened you feel by challenges to the status quo. This airline is imploding all around us, pilots are miserable, there may be M/A on the horizon, we may even get released to self help, and you want to screech the same tired perpetual outrage over something as insignificant, and non-intrusive, as these pins. Grow up!!

Less people with that attitude on our planes, the better. It’s interesting how so many people here want policy and contractual changes but ONLY if it benefits them. This policy is a welcome change and will significantly improve the happiness of some of our frontline employees with zero detriment to others.

I’m excited for the day this idiotic prounoun fad ends.. but I couldn’t care less if they want to wear a pin most certainly won’t notice. We have bigger issues facing our pilot group

I can safely say that nobody wants you on their airplanes. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
