I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. OTZ knows nothing. How many mergers has this guy thrown out there? Literally every single one under the sun. What he does know, is how to pick up open time trips while during contract negotiations. One word… greed.

Life is short, so why do you want to live in misery when literary everywhere is hiring anyone that can fog a mirror. Honestly you and the company would be better off without each other. And don’t give the canned answer of, I have too much seniority when the big 3 have upgrades happening in 1yr…

This is just our industry with a seniority system which makes for zero portability. Half of our attrition is from people less than 12 months on property. They have nothing invested. So when you know you are stuck here, it can lead to this bitterness. I admire the folks here who have the open honesty to admit that even after a new TA, they won't be happy here because it's still AS.
