Don’t cross a picket line. You would be fired as a new hire but ALPA would get your job back. Company doesn’t want to fire you. They need you.

*Aug 29 Class*
- All SEA 737
*Sep 12 Class*
- Half SFO 737
- Half SEA 737
*Sep 19 Class*
- Half LAX 737
- Half SEA 737
SEA has tended to go to the senior folks in their respective class, with the juniors getting California.

Can’t cross a picket line of there is no way to move the metal because there’s no captains. More than likely your flight would just get cancelled.

The Pilot group here approved a strike vote. What happens to new hires on probation if this TA is voted down, TA 2.0 arbitration falls apart, and the pilots strike? A jumpseater explained there will be two options for new hires, cross the picket line as a scab or be terminated by the company. Is this true?
Probationary pilots will be terminated, and then the back to work agreement reinstates them as if nothing happened.
