Don’t cross a picket line. You would be fired as a new hire but ALPA would get your job back. Company doesn’t want to fire you. They need you.

Default Recent Class Drops

*Aug 29 Class*
- All SEA 737

*Sep 12 Class*
- Half SFO 737
- Half SEA 737

*Sep 19 Class*
- Half LAX 737
- Half SEA 737

SEA has tended to go to the senior folks in their respective class, with the juniors getting California.

Thanks for the class updates. Is there still a backup for OE and does anyone have an idea the class schedule for the duration of the year is?

Can’t cross a picket line of there is no way to move the metal because there’s no captains. More than likely your flight would just get cancelled.

It sounds like the classes got a little bogged down this summer, where they were running 2-3 class a month. They said they're trying to swing back to running 4 class a month for the rest of the year (and sounds like the same for next year).

Not sure on OE.

This has happened before.

Probationary pilots will be terminated, and then the back to work agreement reinstates them as if nothing happened.
