Yes, they need another position bid to hire more than 20. Only vacancies after the last bid were the ones in SFO and LAX for the 20 September hires. Need another position bid to create spots for new hires, until we see that the "20 in December" is a mirage.

I just came back from CQ they said position bid end of September is the plan right now, planning 100 new hires “but that could change nothing is set in stone” so nothing new on the home front

well the position bid or bids will allocate the new hires so it’s wherever the vacancy’s fall they did not say if it’s 1 big bid or small ones just was a quick awnser to a question, someone asked if we were still gonna hire in Q1
