I am quite amuzed about your writing style. You have a good deal of historical inside knowledge about both Alaska and Horizon that only a past member of the MEC would know. In fact, you write like a well known '90' hire who was terminated for insubordination about two (or has it been three) years ago. Are you? (BTW, I don't expect an answer as that would be against your style. Just saying).
Yes, we who still fly here know about F/A PBS horror stories and the related risks if we are short sided to vote it in. Nevertheless, thanks for the advice.

PBS is a POS. Just look at my thirteen, yes, THIRTEEN "coverage dates" within the first 15 days of the bid period. Eff that nonsense. As somebody who would really love to fly for Alaska in the near future, I pray you don't let PBS in (and I ain't the praying type).

Alaska Airlines pilot arrested for allegedly flying planes drunk - CBS News
So sad. What a terrible way to end a career, experiencing the highest of high and the lowest of low.

You don't have the unity to vote this down...once management fully realizes this, contract proposals no longer require little birds but can be published on alaskasworld instead of updates on The Bachelor
