There will be no concessions. We will be looking for United wages and a short term contract to capture gains to come by Delta and Southwest, or maybe a "me too" clause. So I'm looking for about a 40% raise. I have no idea what that is for a Virgin, but it will be enough $$$ to make them play ball.
There will be lots of money going back and forth across the table in the next year to make Brad's deadline of Jan 18. ALPA's job is to scoop as much of it off as they can.

And we still will not have gotten back from Kasher.......300.00 for the left and 220 for the right should be a good launching point......and still no PBS

40% pay raise? Really. I know set your expectations high but really. 12 year CA next spring will be $216, add a 15% raise and its a $248#. I can guarantee we will be at or bellow this number in the next contract. And it will pass by 55%

Scope? What good are United wages when E175s start replacing short and medium haul 737/320 routes? Wages are important but so too is a good scope clause.

With no PBS currently in place, does that mean you all ride around with the same front and back end crew all month long?

Pilots get the same schedule awarded. Flight attendants have PBS and change almost every leg.

Agreed!! Hoping with Virgins help "enlightened pilots" we can finally get some solid scope. No Scope No Vote.

No, the back crew changes almost all the time, often every leg. Most often same front crew per pairing.

+1.
Scope too, please! We have the upper hand once again, stronger than ever. Just the money left on the table from the last 3 contracts alone will cover your 40% and then some. I hope that all of us can leave the defeatist mindset behind and see the light.
No PBS!

I used to think that as well. My previous airline was regular old line bidding and the thought of PBS made me sick. Now I only want PBS....and I'm still relatively junior at VX. Don't fear it!
