Its simple, I am supporting those who put in all the work and effort, many of them volunteers. I don't blame them because the company doesn't want us to have a contract. You point out everyone's else's flaws but offer no solutions of your own, that's called whining. Why don't you join the Union and show them how its done, show them everything they are doing wrong and fix it for us.
you cannot possibly believe that AR, GU, JR, etc are serving(ed) us out of the goodness of their hearts? I asked you for an honest answer and even you cannot actually believe that teamsters are doing this out of the goodness of their hearts... this is a power grab plain and simple. why else are we nearly a year into this trusteeship with no elections on the horizon?

why do you think the teamsters can deliver us the contract we deserve? the best contract GU has ever negotiated is our current contract. let that sink in for a minute...

Why do you care so much about what I think? There's only group working on our behalf.

I believe Atlas Air accepted binding arbitration in 2023 and got royally screwed. They ended up getting what they could have gotten 5 years prior. That will never happen here.

100% true. That’s what I don’t understand with teamsters is why we still use the same lawyers that were involved with that. Change that and we might’ve already had a contract
