I have lost track but will this be our 8th NC now that Josh has quit?
We will now be on our 5th lead negotiator (Andrew, S. Allen, AA Pilot owens, Josh and ________?)
No wonder we’ve been lost disorganized for years during negotiations. At least we finally have leadership that has the overwhelming support of the pilot group.
hopefully RJ doesn’t let the power get to his head like JR. JR had a chance to truly unify this pilot group and stand up to management. Instead he drank the Unterseher kool aid.
Let’s all hope that RJ doesn’t have the same fate!

Well, looks like 2026 is going to be our year! Thanks IBT for the future looking statements & the great communications/updates. JK.
It’s exactly like “The Big Announcement.” Always right around the corner. Which is the bigger let down? Allegiant or IBT?

Probably be lucky if they are back to Neg by April. They will then again find that the company has no interest in an actual deal.

You know he's scheming right now on ways to retain his power and replace RJ. After the election results you'd think Untersher would walk away with his tail between his legs, but no, he's still trying to pull strings in the background and undermine RJ and the new e board. pathetic.

Seems like best case is contract in 2027. Even if the new regime wants to do a quicker deal, Unterseher still has control as the Trustee and he isn't gonna let go until the last possible second.

Exactly why if we had gone to ALPA back when it was gaining traction, look how much further along we’d be right now. But too many people didn’t want to “delay” negotiations. That worked out great didn’t it??
