Contract negotiations

It never truly had a chance to many pilots that do not care. Either they are looking to leave or been here long enough the have it good enough not to leave. Only like 50 percent of the pilots even voted for this last election. No way a ALPA drive would work without a true publicly ran drive that was will organised to get people into action. Even then it would be a hard road to get 51 Percent to be on board. Dumb yes but it is what it is.

Negotiations are on schedule for Jan, Feb, and March. They're meeting next week is what I was told. Comms should come out sometime this week apparently. Lots of work (clean up) happening behind the scenes. The new Eboard has been interviewing people for various union positions since they got into office last week. We'll hear something soon.

Its a valid question. The hotel has no answer. To be far they are not truly paying 1.5 they are stock swapping and paying some cash on top think around 4 buck a share or something.

Well, to be fair, we got our teeth kicked in during negotiations by our own NC. The truth is being brought to light…

It is remarkable that any of us ever believed the IBT could represent us. They’re a disgrace to pilots.
