If they had good news they would have gotten that out yesterday. So now we wait 3 days while they reword the same email sent for several years. Progress was made but not really made.

Yep. And the IBT just ignores the 300 pound gorilla in the room, which is the seniority list integration with Sun Country. It's going to get ugly & we're unprepared for this fight.

$4.00/gal. jet fuel is a $900,000 per day increase to Allegiant's operating costs. Would you agree to sign anything if you were management?

Explain? There's a number of integration scenarios posted already, seem to overall indicate Allegiant pilots do well in integration.

Guess I could have missed it but I don’t recall our union posting any integration scenarios. DOH? Relative seniority? Fences? How can you assume Allegiant pilots do well? I think ALPA is going to squash IBT in this battle.

Yes, both DOH only and various Relative seniority scenarios are out there. Yes, if put to a vote to both groups, alpa will be the surviving entity.

If I were to bet on it…
Both sides will never agree. It will go to arbitration, the results will be within a couple of percentage points of relative seniority. Both sides will say it was unfair. World will keep turning, sun will come up the next day.
This is the one thing I believe Teamsters cannot F up but then again I am shocked that we let a trustee come in and fire our negotiator, put a new one in, say that one was going to fast, fire him etc etc.
We as a collective group have allowed GU to stay in power for way to long and we are, and have been getting what we have allowed as a group.

All these List out there are list created by individual pilots playing around to see what might a intergrated list look like. Neither union as put out any list. SLI is a long ways off and a lot has to happen to get to that point in the process.

Yes true. But when you look at all the integration scenarios, I would think this is going to be one of the easier ones honestly. I think if a 3 year fence when up around the bases it would be very fair. I do not imagine many from Allegiant would want to bid into MSP otherwise they would just work at SC. However SC pilots might like an opportunity to bid into a Florida base (or one of our other ~20ish bases).
