keep drinking the kool aid bro if you want. But I’m at least gonna be realistic instead you preaching that our lives will be dramatically better by the end of July hahaha

arbitration should be decided by the end of July. 60-90 day window to implement (depending on the arbitrator)

I'm not saying our lives will be dramatically better (it would make CBI better) but what it does is puts immense financial pressure on the company to find a solution ie CBA. The last time we had to reduce our schedule by 20% in Q1&2 2022, the IROP cost was $90-110million. Drew Wells has specifically told investors we would not let that happen again and that we have control on IROP cost this year. a win in the July arbitration forces the companies hand by putting a $110million dollar time bomb in the room with them.

arbitration decision by end of July?? It will be December. These arbitrators and attorneys spend 6 months just writing the briefs and decisions lol

You are so clueless. It takes a month just to get the recordings from the reporter.

and the $110m time bomb is pure dreams. We have reduced our flying and our stock has soared 50% since then. Wall Street doesn’t care if we reduce flying so long as those margins are above 15%

310 you need a break from the AR gospel haha

when we reduce our schedule a year in advanced we do fine. When we have to cancel flights we have already sold ie 2022 our stock tanks, you need a reality check

that’s what made us have negative margins and take a los for Q1&Q2 2022

that scenario won’t play out by December. We will still be waiting for a decision. This dreamworld will realize in 2027 or 2028.

end of July is so laughable.

2028 is a little optimistic don’t you think?

Our average time for an arbitrators decision is 1-3 months after the hearing. The real wait is even waiting for the hearing. We have been waiting for this arbitration for over 2 years. We will have an arbitrators decision on PBS 2 by the mid to end of September at the latest (more likely end of July to to August) after that the union will be requesting a 30-60 day compliance window. So yes the arbitration will be in effect before December if we win.

IF we win?? I thought this was a guaranteed win? Just like the last seven arbitrations we’ve lost?

Now you really learned AR’s game - keep moving those goalposts.

310 you are the gift that keeps giving. I’m living in a parody on APC. All the crap I complain on here about pilots drinking the kool aid, acting like AR worshipping sycophants, you just make me look like a prophet and you don’t even know it hahaha

No, you just look like an *******. If you’re so unhappy, feel free to hit the road.

I’m happy to keep giving you fodder to make yourself look like a fool.

of course I have to say IF we win, it’s an unknown. The odds are stacked in our favor on this one though because of the opinions we have from federal court.

quite childish of you to keep finding the most minuscule thing on each post to try and blow up. Your laundry list of complaints just keep changing and getting smaller.

either your management, or just a truly salty crazy old CA.

it’s funny that you think I’m an AR sycophant, when most of my info on this is coming from DW and BJ, just shows you are a crusty winy line guy with no clue

Ah, we've finally cracked the code. I doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who you are. Does AR know he's got guys from his own clown show on APC when he himself said why would they waste the time? It's great to see you spend more time here and in the facebook comments than anywhere else. Great to see our union dues are hard at work. I'll do you a favor, I'm certainly not management. We've flown the line together. Now that that's out of the way, onto the good stuff.

You and your hefe keep blabbing on about this huge arbitration come July, just like you all have the previous 3 times it's been in court. What happens each time? We win, then what happens you ask? Oh, the company challenges it legally once again. It's this continual cycle that you all just use as a calling card. It's amazing to see you progress on these forums. Nate is spot on, the goal post has kept moving and I presume that isn't something we're going to see change any time soon. AR is a politician, one who can only dream of having the lure and power of Mr. Hoffa himself. He'd love to send his goons after all those who question him, but unfortunately those days have come and gone. Now the best he can do is load the FB page with his keyboard warrior "goons" who quickly jump on whichever poor soul dare questions the steering of the ship. AR has been in power for coming on 6 years, we have absolutely no results from him. I would love to see someone give me an emotionless list in response to this of his achievements, but instead I bet you'll burn off your finger tips labeling me the new TT or some other c-suite member. We need a contract yesterday, that much is black and white. The concern only grows that AR isn't able to pull this off. He just isn't capable of giving us the win that we truly deserve. Every day that ticks past is money out of each of our paychecks, it's also another day where we have to suffer through this hell of a contract. There are a lot of must haves in this new contract, but we are certainly not Delta, AA or UAL. I implore some of you keyboard goons to go and actually read through their contracts, see how much of it truly doesn't apply to our model. I don't negotiate in public but it sure is time for the union to start listening to their constitutes and go after the things we prioritized. It's time for the **** measuring contest to end. We need results now. There is absolutely no reason we can't grow during these times, AR, you claim you don't read this but we know you do. STOP PLAYING GAMES, it's childish. Lay your ego to the side, roll up your sleeves and get to work. I have never met anyone in a leadership position who is so deep under the water, they start refusing the offer of help. WE ALL want to see this be successful, there are 1000 of us who will tirelessly work to help achieve what we and the company deserve, use us! Communicate with us, this whole "blind trust" calling card needs to go away for good. We had blind trust when we voted you in as president, time to validate and further earn our trust.

Keep fighting the good fight Nate, you're the voice of the quiet 90% of this pilot group on these forums. These AR worshippers are so lost in drinking and serving the koolaid they'll probably call out fatigued.
