There is no magic bullet that will make him sign the deal G4 union leadership has promised.

No union can force a deal management is unwilling to sign.
Been saying this all along - pay, retirement, even LTD; no problem. Allegiant will never agree to overhauling their 1980’s commuter airline work rules to the extent the pilots have been promised by IBT. So buckle in for a long ride F & H can drag this out for years. There’s no imminent arbitration win that’s gonna force their hand. Wall St. loves the stock there’s no “grow or else” mandate out there. And coincidence or not June attrition was the lowest of the year & current new-hire classes the largest of the year. I wonder why…

Absolutely not. If it takes 20 more years so be it. Not budging.

Why do those against the union in here never mention that the company is still not offering industry standard even after having to cut 20% of the summer block hours? Don't forget ALPA turned us down originally so what are you proposing now, switch in the middle of negotiations? One of the management accounts can try and answer that. I don't think we'd have an industry standard TA to vote on if we had ALPA either since the company still isn't passing standard. Inexperienced or not and mistake making or not, the majority is thankful they aren't being sold a substandard offer. As far as the full new hire classes that is shocking. I wonder if it's true that there has been several convicted felons hired, one violent along with previous terminations?

Maury never was willing to and never will….Allegiant will always be Westair circa 1985 with jets. The only way to eventually get the work rules will be self-help & if you’ve been listening carefully to AR he has said this all along.

negotiate with realistic expectations and get a new contract. Don’t hold out for mainline work rules. Get the pay rates up and incremental improvements. Don’t try to get the home run.

This is the best negotiating environment we will ever have in our careers... "incremental improvements" will not cut it.
