Step on up folks, jump in during the spin cycle, just before the strike. Attend our newly-reduced training program so you can bust an oral, or have your training strung out for months on end due to crappy sims. Then comes the line...
So not a good place to be right now. If you're looking to improve your lot, wait out the storm and shoot the approach when conditions improve. Hopefully this storm will blow over and the sun will shine again. Just not now.

No soilage here, but it seems in order to upgrade that quickly you've got to become a Guinea pig and enter into a new base. Basically be single with no commitments, aka personal life. As a regional f/o I'd welcome an upgrade, especially at a LCC, but not at the cost of living in craphole FL or IWA.

I don't think AAY will have any problem recruiting pilots to move to FL bases. As for me I would have not considered AAY if Vegas was the only choice

Thank you everybody for the input regarding the instructor positions. I was hoping they would understand and appreciate the need for a robust training department. I cant see applying and working under those conditions.
