Spin. I'm sure the VP of Ops understands that they violated RLA rules by changing pilot scheduling.

My apologies for being woefully ignorant on this and my information sources aren't the best. Can someone briefly describe what the company did to alter your scheduling during contract negotiations? (Violation of RLA). Thanks in advance and all the best to you guys.

Well, he's not totally clueless, he got this part right:

Yep, he perfectly described the pilots' situation there.

Your answers are buried in this thread, go back about 50 pages and read forward and that will explain everything.
