Just got the email confirming this, because I bought a ticket for my cousins on the 5th.

So...how can a court issue an injunction preventing a strike when another court has ruled that Allegiant management has violated status quo...which legally allows a strike?

Why cant you? All are welcome. Bases are SFB,LAS,IWA,FLL,BLI,PIE.PGD, and corporate in Vegas. We raise the lines tomorrow, I think. No official guidance yet. My guess. This isn’t just our fight; it’s for the entire profession.
I'll see what I can do...thanks and good luck. Cheers h

All the best to you guys. Dragging this out doesn't help Allegiant because more people are now aware that you guys may strike. Try to make sure it gets maximum publicity; this is about having people book away from your airline which has as much impact as an actual strike. if you guys are flying near-empty aircraft, the company's losing money.

Are you guys doing any informational picketing to let the public know that you're looking at striking? It has an impact. I drove to the airport to buy my ticket and I'm sure that there are plenty of other skinflints that do the same. Maximum impact would be during those times, listed here: https://www.allegiantair.com/airport...ours-locations
2 hours a day, ~3 days a week. You can probably shave a few load factor points off of daily flights.

Likely temporary. Stall tactic. Hopefully the pilots will capitalize on this by getting bookings diverted from Allegiant. Management's fine with dragging this out as long as it's not costing them anything. Once load factors start falling, they get serious about negotiating.

Any word on IBT appealing this local court's ruling and getting something cooking for Friday? Hopefully, so. Good luck G4 pilots.

Not surprising; after all "Final & Binding" didn't mean final and binding....
