When you're already buying hotels for 10% of your pilots to TDY it seems like a no-brainer. Good to see though.

What are the chances of holding a line right out of training for SFB or PIE? Also, if you had to speculate on the time frame before a TA (I know. Anyone's guess right) how long would you estimate?

Holding a line out of training doesn't matter any more here. You'll only get 11 days a month off and fly every day either way.

How long does it take from phone interview, in person interview to new hire class? This of course assumes all goes well.

Anywhere from a few days to several months. We typically run new hire classes in the spring and fall. This is changing a little bit right now, because we are soooo short of pilots.

Is it likely for a SFB or PIE new hire to hold a line right out of training? How many hours can you expect to credit per month and is it consistent throughout the year?

No, it is probably not likely you could hold a line right out of training. You will be on reserve anywhere from a few months to less than a year. In the past, the line values went up and down depending on the time of year.

For the first four months this year, the average line value was 95-100. Obviously, that is not sustainable. Historically, the fall line values were 50-60 hours, but they have been trying to even out the schedules. Until they get staffing closer to where it needs to be, the line values are going to remain high.

Are the phone interviews still going on? Has anyone been called back for an interview in Vegas recently?

Not sure what your timeline was, but a buddy of mine was called a few weeks ago and has an interview the first week of May.
