Most incredible is this comes two weeks after our management type guy tells us how sad he is for all the poor poor pilots that have been TDYd for a year. Then management creates even more TDYs, doesn't honor seniority AND takes away rental cars for each TDYd pilot. Now 2 pilots share a car again. But at least the bosses are really sad and care.

We're back to sharing a car now? That email must have only gone out to those affected. Remember, ANY time spent driving your "Car Buddy" to the airport (because you need it later) is NOT considered rest and the clock should be started over.

Bumping this back up, any of the guys for the 19 May class started working accommodations yet?

Not yet. I haven't received anything from the company with the particulars. Have you?

I was thinking of trying to rent a house and splitting it with some other newbies.

I heard a rumor (here) that they are going to, but I still haven't seen any information. I have my fingers crossed but either way I need to be ready.

Expect to find out a day or two before. Allegiant management doesn't plan very far ahead.

A week and a half before class starts and the newhires haven't gotten any specifics on the class. This should clue you in on what you have signed up for.

Believe it or not, I experienced far worse in my most-recent short-lived recall from furlough.
