As with everything here, that is somewhat base dependent... but the short answer is, yes. I think VBD (variable base, you're at a different allegiant base each month, for the month) md-80 captain is only about a 10 month upgrade.
But really, no one should come here primarily for the anticipation of a quick upgrade. Because we all know things can change, and upgrades can disappear overnight. You should come here because we have the real potential to get a decent contract in the near future (year or two) and once we have that, it could be a good place to be, even if the upgrade time slides to 10 + years.

Almost looks like a new boarding procedure, they are carrying bags.
Maybe it would speed things up and the flights would depart on time.
Someone said those passengers didn't pay the extra fee for a specific seat assignment,
so they got the "windy" section.

G4pilot site showed you days off and days worked. Normal trips are out an back probably 90% of the days are 2 legs out to an out station and back with maybe 10% give or take each month that have 4 leg days with maybe a couple charter trips that are two or three days(rare) If you start in am done earlier afternoon start early afternoon done that night as late as 10pm or 11pm if on time most trips.
