When is the next round of negotiations scheduled? I assume there is no estimate yet for another attempt at getting released?

We won't be released, we're probably going to have a sub-standard TA now within the next 3-6mo. Maury wants it done, that's why Steve is gone.

No chance at realse. TAd 3 more sections 2 weeks ago and more meetings for the next 3 months. Lots heavy sections left so it's going to be a while and I doubt we will see a vote in the next 6 months. It would be a very bad move for the union to send a substandard contract to vote only to get voted down.

Not that I care whether ALG opens a base in JAX or not, but isn't the heavy MX is done over at NZC (old Cecil Field about 15 miles away), which would be a bit more than a taxi from JAX.

Yes, you mean VQQ? I think that's what it is... Been a while since I've flown around the area.

Yes.... I forgot they changed the ICAO after the Navy moved out.

Default Allegiant Maintenance Full Page Ad

I live in LAS, so I usually notice Allegiant news in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Since I'm out on a trip, I don't know if Maury Gallagher & company spent their publicity dollars in the "home town" this Sunday. But they dropped some cash in today's edition of the Honolulu Star Advertiser (which if you don't know, is "the" newspaper, not a curbside handout like its name might imply). I'd post a pic, but I'm fumbling to get the file size small enough.

It's a full page spread, signed by "Your Friends At Allegiant," the maintenance professionals who go on to describe their commitment to company, community and safety. Not chump change, I'm sure. There must be a perceived PR problem, at least in Hawaii.

I don't see why they would care at this point since they already announced they are closing that base.

I applied back in 2014 and just recently updated my resume. However, I've received no response. Any ideas as to why? I feel I'm fairly competitive.

I would say a very large percentage of interviews come from an internal rec or a meet and greet.
