Doing it now. I called the person yesterday and she said it would be posted last night. And her email states, in bold, it would be posted yesterday.

This place has a bad habit of firing/demoting/punishing those that question the powers that be. I deleted at least 3 scathing posts yesterday that I wanted to put up about this particular person and her inability to function in her position but thought it best to shut my mouth. Best thing is to complain at your next recurrent, the planner in question should, and will be replaced by some software it will just take some time.

Is there some reason why some of you can't cut this woman a break? I understand that this can be frustrating, but some of you are acting like children who have been told that they have to wait until Christmas afternoon to open their gifts.
Like many others in and out of that building, she has been denied the tools to do her job well and is "in charge" of a process that is overseen by at least a half-dozen people, all of whom want their say in the final result. People complain when the list is revised three times, but still whine when the first version isn't quick enough to satisfy their need for immediate gratification despite the results not being effective until WINTER.
I can't think of a quicker way to get the unwanted attention of your boss than to harass a HQ employee over the lack of speed to complete a process that really doesn't require it.
Now that being said, I fully understand the frustration, but for Christ's sake, have some patience....it's one of the greater virtues.

So maybe you have not been here long enough to have lived through the last three years of so of Standing Bid mess. With bids being late every time, some bids with six revisions and still having mistakes. Even the last bid had people passed over with junior pilots getting awards over them. Was it fixed no they were just told they were held to their seat lock when dozens of other pilots even those junior where released. You say tools thats true, however even if you just print out a paper copy and did it fully manually it should be possible to accomplish within the two weeks or so since the bid closed. We don't have 10K pilots. So I would ask how many years should the pilot group be patient with someone that clearly can not perform the position they are in.

She has the tools to be courteous at least... She could've sent us an email stating it was delayed for this reason or that but she didnt. I think that is why we are all frustrated, the lack of communications. She gets no breaks from me until she starts demonstrating common sense and courtesy.
