My guess is a Midwest base, IND or MCI.

I think the plan with BWI is to operate 3 leg flights to staff it until it works out or not. For example, CVG-BWI-XXX-CVG on one plane, and CVG-XXX-BWI-CVG on the other. On the plus side, they should be productive trips.

Does anyone know the typical wait time after a phone interview before hearing anything further?

Any ideas of where JAX would land seniority wise? As a local, it would make Allegiant very tempting. But I would hate to get stuck on an airframe that isn't going to be used in JAX and have to wait to bid over and hold JAX.

If you are applying in order to get one base and anything else would be something you hate then I would suggest you don't.

That isn't to say I don't understand and agree with your position. I'm simply saying you will be setting yourself up for a fall. They aren't going to want to hear that in an interview and you don't want to get the 757 in class and go to LAS or HNL.

If you aren't willing and able to spend a year or two somewhere else then why come to Allegiant? Bear in mind we are not good for commuter schedules. With that all said JAX wouldn't be too bad for a few of our bases to get to and from until JAX becomes a likely base.

Since the 757s are being phased out, is it possible to be awarded that airframe as a new hire?
