Does anyone have any tips on how to get a call from Allegiant? I have a bunch of part 121 turbine PIC, if that matters. Just keep updating the app? Job fairs? Anything else?

I would say definitely a job fair. I can't say for sure, but they for whatever reason my have the algo that sorts apps flag guys with "too much" TPIC

(tell me about it).

I know of a couple that met face to face at a job fair and got the video invite right after.

I was hired with a LOT of 121 PIC time, so that's probably not accurate. I never saw G4 at a job fair. However, I moved through the app process very quickly because of an internal rec. If you know anyone at Allegiant, have them send an email to recruiting and recommend you. I know others it has helped too.

HAHAHAH STAY AWAY, I ALWAYS HEAR ALLEGIANT ON SAN FRANCISCO RADIO OF MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR MEDLINK TALKING ABOUT COMPLICATIONS OF A PREGNANT ALLEGIANT FLIGHT ATTENDANT. Allegiants standards are way too high for what kind of airline they are. They should have Regional standards
