You're definitely correct. But there's no reason to be fearful of the MD80. It's paid for a lot of college tuitions and mortgages. Most of us will have the rest of our lives to stare out the window and watch airbus do its thing.

I guess thats good news for someone who actually wants PGD. Let me ask you, if someone ends up getting the MD80, then PGD is out of the question correct? considering its a AB base... Im guessing new hires dont have a choice in equipment... It would be a risk, not getting the AB. Im not picky on the equipment I would fly in any way, I would just need to be PGD based because commuting isnr really an option at G4.
