You might have better luck posting this to the pilot facebook group.

No need to estimate. They’ll release the % during the town hall and it’s basically that percent of your gross from July 1- Dec 31 minus whatever profit share gross you were paid in Aug.

Someone asked me the other day why do I think sick calls are up. Easy answer!!!!!!! Our **** ass CBI does not allow most pilots to bid for more than two/three days off in a row if you are not in the top twenty percent (big bases). So if you are sick it takes time to recover.... aka doc gives you a Z pack that’s five days min. PLEASE don’t come to work and don’t let these stupid letters that are being sent out kept you from calling out sick. I don’t want to get sick along with others but please stay home and take care of yourself if you are sick! Follow the AIM! IMSAFE is our best friend!

What letters? Couldn’t agree more with people showing up sick.....FAs are some of the worst with that too.

Could be because they don't want to get fired...that point system of theirs is ridiculous.

Some people have gotten letters from HR stating they are calling in sick a lot and should make healthier choices or something similar.

Default Base Seniority

Hey everyone,

I live in the PNW within driving distance of BLI and I am considering applying to Allegiant. What is junior FO in BLI? Does long call typically go senior or junior? Is BLI a relatively stable base? I currently have 2,500 TT with 1,000 121 would they even consider me below 3,000 TT?

Thanks!
