Can someone who has gotten an interview invite share their qual's? Trying to gauge what is competitive to get a call. I see some threads back people are getting responses a few days to a few weeks after applying. I haven't received anything for weeks so I'm guessing I didn't make the cut. Also, do they send out TBNT's or just leave you in the dark?

Also learned that they are currently filling the 7 and 21 October classes now and those are the last for the year. They will resume with one last January and 2 in February but nothing slated yet after so it just may be that they are reaching capacity for now. Just the impression I got though.

That seems to match up with the hiring update email that was sent out earlier today. It definitely gave me the impression they were getting ready to wrap up the hiring. Unfortunately I think the rumors of hiring 250-300 were very much overblown. Hopefully they continue with small classes monthly going into next year though, if nothing else than for attrition.
You realize that 9 classes of 24 (2 a month in August, September and October, plus 1 in January and 2 in February) is 216 pilots in 7 months. That’s not way under the rumors. No one said that we were hiring 250-300 this calendar year.
