I was hired into the E190 in January and I'm still short-call reserve for August. Hoping for LC or hybrid line in September.
I love the job and I'm very happy to be here, but I haven't experienced movement as fast as some of the others above.

A bunch of FOs got released recently. You should move up quickly pretty soon.

What Mainline is saying is in the AA preference bidding process, quite a few FO's were on a "withold" on the 190. Even though they were awarded other aircraft. Those FO's were "released" from their withhold recently. Ergo, there will be movement for the guys at the bottom of the 190 seniority.

Out of a 30 yr career, being on that eqpt for a year and change is really a drop in the bucket.
I've been commuting for over a year and half, and hate it, so I can understand some people's frustration. It still is an amazing job though!
Can't wait to start in September!
