When has this happened? I haven’t seen it in the class date thread.

It’s what happens when you pass the very worst work rules and protections in modern history.
New hires are getting group 3? I haven’t seen that. Maybe on the AA side years ago but I’ve never seen it.

When hiring first began on the LAA side, new hires did get 767/MIA. It wasn’t that unusual. That being said, I don’t remember it happening for a year or two now. I’m sure a trip through the class drops thread would very this.

All kind of G3 airplanes? Don't we only have one status for that? What else is G3 besides 75/76?

I haven't seen a G3 drop in the last year or more.

It would suck to be on a dying plane for an extra what 6%? No thanks.

Better than being on a dying plane with Group 1 or Group 2 pay (E190 or S80).

Those planes are already dead with an end date. The 7576 keeps shrinking and shrinking.

190 first year is the best deal at this airline by far. Dunno anything about the MD80.

2015 plan showed a reduction of 757/767 of one a/c in 2018, 2 in 2019, and 12 in 2020.

No clue what the 2016 or 2017 plans were for the 757/767.

There’s a chance the drawdown has stabilized for a couple of years.

The pay isn’t worth the loss of seniority. The type of flying is the draw.

Is this still the case? I had heard of an improved QOL on the 190 earlier this year but I thought I had read recently that was no longer the case. Just looking for a status update.

It tends to ebb and flow, and I’d say it’s on the stagnant side right now. I compared a lot of statuses for my buddy that started yesterday, and ended up advising him to avoid it due to current times to LC or a line not being as good as the other options. Also he liv3s near DFW.

With that said, over the course of 1 to 1.5 years, I think you will see better movement than most statuses.
